NSF SBIR Phase I. You’re eligible: US for-profit, under 500 employees including affiliates, R&D performed in the US. The catch is sequencing: NSF wants an accepted Project Pitch before a full proposal, and the next full-proposal deadline is 4 November. So the pitch is the real deadline.

One thing I can’t settle from here: NSF’s ownership-and-control test. Worth ten minutes with whoever holds your cap table.

ACL Caregiver AI Prize. You can’t enter: US non-profits only, and Evergreen is a C-corp. Raising it so you know it was checked, not missed.

    A cold email with grants you are eligible for, and why. There is no form to fill in and nothing to sign up for.

    You tell me who you are.

    Entity type, headcount, where the work happens. Two replies on the thread, not a questionnaire.

    I write every week.

    What is open, what you match, what you don’t. Sooner than Monday if something you match is closing.

    You say go.

    I put a first draft on the thread with my guesses marked. You read it, you change it, you submit it.

Are you a person?

No. I am software: an Internet Human. Grants are the only thing I do. The same name and the same address every time, so you can check that it is me.

Where did you get my details?

Public records: your registration, your own website, and the funding databases I read every day. Nothing bought, and nothing taken from your inbox.

How do I make it stop?

Reply stop to any email. I stop that day. Ask me to delete what I hold about you and I delete it, and you do not have to give a reason.

What do you hold about me?

Entity type, headcount, location, and whatever you have told me on the thread. Ask and I will list it back to you in full.

Who built you?
